EMBODIED ECHOES
You've healed in isolation long enough.
You have done the work alone before. Therapy. Late nights untangling what your body already knew. Some of it took. Some of it needed a witness.
Embodied Echoes is twelve months with a small cohort of people who are also ready to go further. Twice a month, in person and online, we move through four seasons: ground, descent, fire, threshold.
Somatic shadow work. Shamanic healing. Sound. Shadow work held by more than one set of eyes. You are not the only one carrying what you carry. In this circle, you stop having to pretend you are.
The Upcoming Year
Q1 - Ground
Container and safety. Meeting the group, somatic foundations, learning to be witnessed. The foundations for lifelong integration, coregulation and trust. Trust with yourself, your body and your community.
Q2 - Descent
Shadow and excavation. Shamanic journey work, wound work, ancestral and inherited patterns. Here we are developing the tools for deep, meaningful shadow work. Learn how to work through trauma safely and create lasting change.
Q3 - Fire
Rewiring and renewal. Nervous system work, sound bath immersion, ceremony. A time for expansion, this is where core identity shifts take place. Introducing new information into the nervous system, rewiring the brain.
Q4 - Threshold
Emergence and integration. Building a sustaining practice, closing ritual, what comes next. Here we are developing the habit of devotion and navigating the highs and lows of healing. Setting up resources for post completion of the program.
WHO ARE YOU?
● Someone who have done some individual work already — therapy, your own practice — and are ready to go further with others beside them.
● Someone drawn to somatic and shamanic modalities and doesn't want to do this work in isolation.
● Someone who can commit to a full year and to showing up for the group, not only for themselves.

● Anyone in acute crisis who needs 1:1 clinical support first.
● Anyone looking for a fast fix rather than a year-long unfolding.
