Khahik Somatics LLC provides somatic bodywork, massage therapy (upon licensure), neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, stretching, sound healing, energy work, intuitive readings, Human Design analysis, and integration-focused emotional support. Workshops, meditations, ceremonies, classes, and related wellness offerings may also be provided. These services are designed to support general wellness, relaxation, emotional regulation, and non-medical therapeutic benefit. All services are offered solely for wellness and educational purposes and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.

Khahik Somatics LLC does not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, does not prescribe medication, does not provide psychiatric care, and does not claim to cure any illness or disorder. Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health care. Clients with medical concerns, injuries, or conditions should consult a qualified physician or mental health provider before beginning any bodywork, energy work, emotional processing, or related wellness services.

Clients understand that certain services, including bodywork and energy-based modalities, may involve physical touch and close proximity once massage therapy licensure is active. The client agrees to follow all instructions given during the session and to communicate immediately if discomfort, pain, emotional distress, or any other concern arises. Failure to disclose accurate health information increases risk of injury and releases Khahik Somatics LLC from any resulting liability.

Bodywork, neuromuscular techniques, myofascial release, stretching, and similar therapies may cause temporary, expected physical responses such as soreness, tenderness, redness, brusing, fatigue, or heightened sensitivity. These effects are considered normal and do not constitute injury.

Sound healing, energy work, shamanic-style practices, and emotional processing may produce temporary emotional or energetic responses, including increased sensitivity, emotional release, or fatigue. These responses are natural and typically subside within 24 to 72 hours.

Participation in all services is voluntary and at the client’s own risk. The client acknowledges that results vary and that no outcome is guaranteed.

Client well-being, safety, and comfort are priorities at Khahik Somatics. Clients must arrive clean, sober, and free of contagious conditions. Services may not be provided if the client is experiencing fever, contagious illness, vomiting, diarrhea, skin infections, or open wounds. The practitioner may refuse or discontinue a session if the client appears unwell or presents a condition that makes treatment unsafe.

The treatment environment is maintained according to professional hygiene and safety standards. Clean linens are provided for each session, and all surfaces and tools are sanitized between clients. Clients are expected to notify the practitioner of any discomfort during the session so adjustments may be made in real time

Khahik Somatics is a professional wellness environment dedicated to respect, ethics, and clear boundaries. Inappropriate language, behavior, or advances of any kind will not be tolerated. Sexual, aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe conduct is strictly prohibited. Both practitioner and client are expected to uphold professional boundaries and communicate respectfully at all times.

Violation of these standards may result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may result in refusal of future services.

FAQ sections, informational cards, quizzes, readings, and similar materials provided by Khahik Somatics are based on professional experience and are intended solely as general guidance. These materials do not replace personalized care, medical advice, psychological treatment, or formal professional training.

Appointments must be booked through the designated scheduling system. Khahik Somatics requests at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Services are by appointment only, and advance booking is recommended.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time and no-show appointments will be charged the full session fee. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time without price adjustment. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual unless otherwise stated. Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable once services have begun. All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for services rendered or products delivered. Unused prepaid services may be eligible for account credit at the discretion of Khahik Somatics LLC.

Khahik Somatics reserves the right to reschedule or refuse service if the client arrives ill, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or presenting a condition that is contraindicated for treatment.

Payment is due at the time of service unless the session has been prepaid online. Khahik Somatics accepts major credit cards, cash, and valid gift certificates. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts unless explicitly stated. Khahik Somatics reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.

​All client information, intake forms, and session notes are confidential and stored securely through a HIPAA-compliant system. Client information will not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law, such as in cases of legal obligation or imminent harm. Khahik Somatics maintains strict standards of privacy and confidentiality.

Clients agree to respect the treatment environment by maintaining low noise levels, silencing personal devices, and following any posted or verbal guidelines regarding the use of the space. Khahik Somatics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items brought onto the premises.

Audio or video recording of sessions is not permitted unless explicitly agreed to in advance by both client and practitioner.

Sessions may be paused or terminated at the practitioner’s discretion if the client engages in inappropriate, unsafe, or disruptive behavior, if the client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or if the practitioner determines that continuing the session would be unsafe or contraindicated. In such cases, the full session fee still applies. Khahik Somatics reserves the right to refuse future services at its discretion.

By booking or receiving services, the client acknowledges and agrees that participation in massage, somatic bodywork, energy work, sound healing, intuitive services, and related offerings is voluntary and involves inherent risks. Khahik Somatics LLC, including its owner and contractors, shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, allergic reactions, emotional responses, or losses arising from participation in services or presence on the property.

The total liability of Khahik Somatics LLC, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific session or service in question. It is the client’s responsibility to review these Policies prior to booking and to seek medical or mental health advice where appropriate.

All content on the Khahik Somatics LLC website, including text, photographs, graphics, artwork, design elements, videos, branding materials, written content, and logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Khahik Somatics LLC and is protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit the matter to confidential mediation or binding arbitration conducted in Sarasota County, Florida, in accordance with the rules and guidelines of the American Arbitration Association.

Each party shall be responsible for its own costs, fees, and expenses associated with mediation or arbitration. Any claim arising from participation in services, use of this website, or purchase of products must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the event triggering the claim occurred. Failure to file within this time frame shall permanently bar the claim.

If any provision of these Policies or Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
