• A year moving through four seasons — ground, descent, fire, threshold — somatic shadow work, shamanic healing, and sound woven through each one.

• Shadow work held by more than one set of eyes — group ritual, tarot and oracle, and nervous system regulation practiced in company instead of alone.

• Mutual witness, built in — quarterly 1:1 check-ins, a private support channel between sessions, and a small cohort who see your unraveling and stay.
