Week by week, we explore the patterns that show up in your body, your relationships, and your internal world. Nothing is theoretical here. Everything is grounded in what's present for you - what you body is saying, what emotions are rising, and what feels true beneath the noise.

Some weeks are deep and revealing. Some are gentle and stabilizing. Some are purely integration. The share of the mentorship changes as you change and the work adjusts as your instincts strengthen and you identity begins to shed the layers that were never really you.

Throughout the nine months, you'll receive weekly one-on-one sessions, personalized support between sessions, somatic and emotional practices tailored to what you're working through, and a grounded space to understand your internal world with honesty and without judgment.

If your path calls for it, reiki attunements and energetic components can be woven into the process. Nothing is added unless it serves you, and nothing is removed if it is essential to your growth. The mentorship becomes a living container that meets you exactly where you are.
