Why Healing Work Doesn't Have to Happen Alone
Most people think healing is something you do behind a closed door. A therapist's office, a journal at 2am, a body on a table with no one else watching. That work is real, and it matters. But there is a kind of healing that only happens when someone else is in the room with you.
Embodied Echoes is a year-long mentorship built around that idea. A small group of people, in person and online, moving through the same four seasons together: ground, descent, fire, threshold. Somatic bodywork. Shamanic healing. Sound. Shadow work held by more than one set of eyes.
Here is what changes when you are not alone in it. You watch someone else name the thing they have been circling for years, and something in your own chest loosens before you have said a word. You stop believing you are the only one who carries what you carry. That shift does not happen in a room by yourself, no matter how good the work is.
This is trauma-informed work, built for people in Fort Myers, North Port, and Wellen Park who have already done some of this on their own, therapy, bodywork, their own practice, and are ready to go further with people beside them instead of behind them.
It is not for everyone. If you are in the middle of a crisis and need one-on-one support first, this is not the place to start. If you want a single afternoon and a fast fix, this is not built for that either. This is for people ready to commit to a full year, twice a month, in a group that comes to know exactly what you carry.
Applications for the next Embodied Echoes cohort are open. If some part of you is tired of doing this alone, apply here.
