What Embodied Echoes Actually Is
Embodied Echoes gets described a lot of ways online: a healing circle, a women's group, a retreat series. None of those get it right. It is a structured, year-long mentorship, not a drop-in class and not a support group.
For twelve months, a small cohort meets twice a month, once in person and once online. The in-person sessions carry the hands-on work: bodywork, ceremony, sound. The virtual sessions carry teaching, reflection, and integration between gatherings.
The year moves through four seasons. Ground, in the first three months, builds the container and lets the group learn each other's nervous systems. Descent, in the next three, brings shadow work and grief to the surface. Fire moves into nervous system rewiring and sound work. Threshold closes the year with integration and a practice each person can carry forward alone.
Somatic bodywork. Shamanic healing. Sound and vibrational work. Shadow work held by more than one person in the room. Every modality Heaven-Lea works with one-on-one, brought into a group container built to hold it.
This is trauma-informed work, open to people in North Port, Port Charlotte, and the surrounding area who want more than a single session and are ready for a full year of it.
